Point Reyes California Onboarding

North Face Athletes Pete Athans and Kaitlyn Farrington joined High Camp for an Onboarding trip to beautiful Point Reyes, CA. Onboarding trips are the cultural introduction to The North Face, where people learn more about the company, colleagues, and the outdoors for which TNF makes product.

During a typical onboarding trip, we spend the day on trails with breaks for TNF stories, cultural heritage, industry discussions, and personal stories from each of the new hires. Everybody leaves with a shared experience, some new stories, and a better understanding of the company.
