Employee Benefit Trips
This is simply a reward for work well done. High camp works with HR to formulate groups of employees, activities desired, and athletes to attend. Whether we are on dirt, rock or snow each trip is an adventure lasting from 1 to 3 days. High Camp handles the location, all food, and travel if necessary.
Internal Branding
Working directly with CEO’s and Presidents, we define the company narrative and then through a series of outings lasting from 2–4 days with employees and managers we weave that message into stories and conversations along the trail, on the rock, or around the campfire until everyone begins to understand what it truly means to work for your company.
Product Summits
These gatherings are an exchange of information with select core user groups presenting to your company competitor’s products that work, why, and where they purchased those products. They also present inspiration boards for those product lines while your company’s product department presents new ideas and concepts. High Camp will organize the location, food, and travel if necessary along with core users, and your team into an outside setting with at least one activity during the time together.
Basic Off-Site Logistics
While many companies engage in off-sites, holding those meetings outside needs double the organizational effort. High Camp comes in with a variety of possible locations throughout the mountains and deserts of the U.S. and takes care of all equipment, food, camp supplies, and activities surrounding the meeting at hand. Off-site range from single to multi day.
